Wow Mission
WOW is our passion at Cooper Pest Solutions. WOW begins at Cooper with our mission to:
WOW our clients
WOW our teammates
WOW our service partners
WOW our community
Everything we do at Cooper is aimed at WOWing you, our valued client. This begins with every service we render, with every discussion we have.
Not only do we live WOW but we wrote the book on it, literally. In the summer of 2004, our philosophy was published in the book, “What + How = WOW!”
Phil Cooper, CEO of Cooper Pest Solutions realized something was missing in the methods used to teach customer service skills, so he developed the company’s unique methods and then wrote the book.
Phil’s “What + How” guides the reader through our WOW culture and provides a roadmap to WOW customer service. Phil has also brought his WOW philosophy and passion to numerous organizations in order to inspire their workforces, and to help their employees enhance their communication with their clients.
“I work with the greatest team in the world and I hope you also get to know them well in our pursuit of the WOW moment.

Our Expertise
Cooper Pest Solutions has been a leader in the pest management industry for nearly 60 years. As the leading company for developing new pest treatment technology, Cooper is also the principal authority on bed bugs within the pest control industry. The bed bug specialists at Cooper actively train other pest management companies on how to deliver effective treatments, while also developing products for the treatment and prevention of bed bugs.
Our sister company, BedBug Central was developed, in part by nationally regarded entomologist Richard Cooper, in response to the extensive incorrect information available to individuals faced with bed bug problems. In many cases, the information available on the internet is erroneous and can even lead to severe infestations or health risks. Richard Cooper, who co-authored a book titled “Bed Bug Handbook: The Complete Guide to Bed Bugs and Their Control”, is a highly sought out speaker on bed bugs and other pest management topics.
At Cooper Pest Solutions, we continue to develop innovative solutions for pest control. Our expert and nationally recognized staff entomologist, Richard Cooper, developed the Cooper Carpenter Ant System. This method of Carpenter Ant Control delivers bait right to the ants while our competitors rely on ants finding the bait in order for their system to be effective. It is this type of innovation that distinguishes Cooper from the competition.
Cooper is also committed to training excellence. The entire staff undergoes an intensive initial training program that is followed up by continuous ongoing training on a wide variety of pest control topics. All of our pest management professionals are registered and licensed with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
Environmental Stewardship
Cooper’s philosophy revolves around limiting the use of pesticides to those areas necessary to effectively prevent pest activity. By understanding pest physiology, biology and behavior, our pesticide applications can be targeted to control pests without broad-spectrum applications of pesticides.
Cooper is also a QualityPro company, meaning that we are recognized as leaders in the industry as environmentally responsible and committed to providing consumers with the highest possible service. We are committed to being “green” and offer both Integrated Pest Management services and Green and LEEDS® services to cater to the needs of your property.
Cooper Cares
A great company is built with great people. Phil Cooper and the staff at Cooper Pest Control are actively involved in raising money for numerous charities including the American Diabetes Association, The National Kidney Foundation, the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, EarthShare, and the Anchor House.
In 2012 and 2013 Phil Cooper cycled across the country with the Bike the US for MS team. From Yorktown, VA to San Francisco, CA, the team rode a total of 3,780 miles, traveling through nine states, and most importantly, Cooper would go on to raise $50,000 for the National MS Society. Additionally, a portion of the staff at Cooper donates to EarthShare with every paycheck they receive.
“As corporate leaders there comes great responsibility to be great corporate citizens; tirelessly promoting diversity, helping those in need and raising awareness for civic, charitable and health causes,”
